Built with only three key components—the RollFit Seal, ErgoForm Headgear, and low-profile Easy-Frame—this mask provides a secure and comfortable fit with minimal adjustments.
The auto-adjusting RollFit Seal rolls smoothly across the bridge of the nose to minimize pressure while maintaining an airtight seal during movement. Paired with breathable headgear and an integrated air diffuser for quiet operation, it ensures a restful and unobstructed therapy experience.

Sizing & fit
The Simplus mask features a universal one-size frame compatible with Small, Medium, and Large RollFit cushions. A printable sizing guide is available to determine the ideal cushion size for your facial profile.
Compatibility
Compatible with standard CPAP and BiPAP tubing and machines via the included rotating swivel connector.
How to use
To fit a Simplus mask, follow these instructions:
- Hold the mask in one hand, and spread the headgear with the other hand.
- Place the mask over the face, ensuring that the seal fits over the nose and under the lower lip.
- Slide the headgear over the head.
- Adjust the mask to a comfortable fit, then attach the clip to the mask to fasten it into place.
- Tighten or loosen the Velcro straps to find a comfortable fit. Start with the crown straps down to the forehead straps and cheek straps.
- Ensure the top of the seal remains stable on the nose bridge and the bottom seal remains fixed under the mouth.
- The crown strap adjustment is made once; further day-to-day strap adjustments should only be made to the top and bottom straps.
